well as above

rebuilt engine etc and am lost when it comes to the timing

a know the cam pulleys lines match but the woodruff key? does the arrow point down the way or up the way?

any help would be great thanks

Build up the bottom end with all the front casings.. And don't forget to put the belt on the crank pulley.. The line up the crank pulley and the timing mark then line up the cam pulley with it's marks.. Slip the belt on without any off them movin, tighten the tensioner and your done
