Hey
Have asked on cliosport and no response unsupringsly, such a crap forum....
Car is the Clio 172 Cup, issue is when starting from cold the steering is noisey!; however there is no negative effect on the steering.
Is this something not to worry about?; or a sign the powersteering pump is on way out? powersteering fluid is fine by the way

I get this with the corsa when it's right cold, I just asume it's the fact that since it's colder outside the fluid is more viscous resulting in a bit of whine from the pump.
Minis do it mate, just claim it's the newest scene mod

Yeah and on the Minis the louder the whine the closer the death of the PAS pump 
Could be the pump then again could be nothing, just wait till it goes

I've heard a brand new mini doing it loud as fuck, I just thought they had noisy pumps tbh

Have you topped up recently, could possibly be a tiny air lock?

When first got the car it did it, topped it up but wernt low when doing so. Did stop for a few weeks however; but now its started again. (and its not low)
