Hi guys, a mate of mine is relocating his battery to the boot in his 2 door nova saloon. Anyway, we have the cable to extend it to the boot, but we cant think how to connect the two wires together, (the original and the new one) securly and so it looks neat.
Has anyone got a solution, or is there a better way of doing it all together? Thanks

I'm no electrician but can you not get blank cable to blank cable crimps?
Why not just get one big length actually?

we have got plenty wire, are you saying just scrap the original and put this in the loom instead?

Solder it and then cover it with heat shrink

I don't know what stripping the old one out would entail but surely it would make more sense than having to put a join in.
