Simple, find the torrent file using a torrent site, isohunt as in your example... a tip is to look for a torrent with higher numbers of "seeds" click download torrent, open the torrent file using a client... i.e. bittorrent, utorrent, vuze or whatever, then wait for the file to download with the application, nothing to it! Just keep an eye on the percentage and transfer speeds.

First thing, download utorrent here
Then http://www.piratebay.org and search for the movie you want. Then click the little 'SE' on the top right to arrange by seeds, then click the top one, which I assume will be the best one. I'd link you directly but I shouldn't go on it at work really.
Click the download torrent button, then just click run at the download prompt and it should fire up utorrent and start downloading.

I'd also recommend installing Peer block and run it each time you fire up a torrent download/upload.
-----------------------------------------
PeerBlock lets you control who your computer "talks to" on the Internet. By selecting appropriate lists of "known bad" computers, you can block communication with advertising or spyware oriented servers, computers monitoring your p2p activities, computers which have been "hacked", even entire countries! They can't get in to your computer, and your computer won't try to send them anything either.
And best of all, it's free!

thats because your download speed is only 8.5kb/s which is very low. it goes up and down alot
where did you find that to download because try and find with high seeds and leech's ( thats how many people have got that they are sharing for you to download)

Karlos, it also looks like your downloading all 4 of the Fast & furious movies? might be better of downloading them 1 by 1.

What provider are you with? Most throttle torrents at peak times, some throttle all the time (like shit infinity). I always leave torrents downloading over night. Got utorrent scheduled to start at 2am.
Also, there is router configuration that you may or may not have to do. Mine works fine without it straight up, but others you need to forward the port on the router settings.
Have a try with this torrent for the 4th movie alone too

You're also getting the Blu Ray version which will take much longer for not a great deal more quality.

I'll be honest mate, I really CBA goin down that road
Just go on your router settings and figure it out. Check in utorrent what port you're on.
I don't know what BT service you're on, but I'd leave it goin over night too.

The green tick in the bottom of the window suggests that his port forwarding is setup correctly.
