what effect would the car have if i went from a 13" wheel to a 14 or 15 ???? and what would i have t do??

shouldn't matter too much but would effect all your angles and your speedo would be out a bit (wich it probs will be already)
also depends on tyre profile's obv

what is the normal cors b 2000 size and how much will 15's put it out will i need anything extra have 13s on there now.
