ive got some tappets on order from autovaux and got a new timing belt so parts sorted, is there anything to do to the tappets before fitting or is it just a case of fitting them bareback and waiting for the engine to lube them up?

Wudnt harm to just drop them in clean oil b4 fitting int6 head matey, other than that you shud be fine.
