Your nearly there mate, but that wouldn't sound all that.
Go for something like this......
Good Headunit
5.25 or 6" components (you need a ring for 6")
two 12" subs in back.
Amp them both up (over power them a bit)
Loads of Dynamat Xtreme
CAP
Bigger battery
Your done
Steve.

Kicker ones are good, loads of people on here like Infinity ones. BUT me i prefer JL Audio
Get a good MP3 H/U but try and make sure it has 3 .45 - 6v Pre-outs.
That way the signal from the H/U will be stronger. Get a slightly better sound.
What model number Kickers are you going for???

ditch the idea of 6X9s as they are a pile of wank if u want true SQ

You want your midbass drivers upfront if you can deal with the headache of fitting them. Also you dont need 6 x 9's in the rear, a simple 5.25" coaxel speaker should more than suffice and keep them turned down low to get a good 'stage'.

ALPINE ALL THE WAY...
although alpine don't have all the funky screens you get with kenwoods and alike, they have a much high signal to noise ratio, which mean far better quality of sound...
I'd rather have better quality sound than a funky screen which gives you 10 mins of pleasure...
