I have a 1.0l corsa breeze 99 on a T.
When i first bought the car the engine was noisey and rattely, but after changing spark plugs oil filter and putting new oil in it the engine seemed less noisey and rough.
Recently the engine has been sounding and running roughly, the car has previously been "thrashed" and "not cared for" (words of my brother) it has just hit the 94k mark so starting to get pretty high mileage but i honsetly dont think thats right.
after reading on all different forums could it be the timing chain or something else, or could i get away with just topping it up with abit more oil. I measured the oil and it was just slightly below halfway.
