the seal keeps popping out is there any glue to reseal it

What you need to do is take the whole rubber out.
Then if you slice away the sealent, then push the rubber back in where it should all sit. Work from the top, then bottom corners, then middle. Then it should solve it.

Remove loose sealant, put more sealant in, is what I'd do
