just failed my 4th attempt at an MOT due to emmisions, first time it went in it was decat so kinda expected that (didnt kno it was bein taken for a test on that day), so i put a new cat on, new lambda and it still failed, replaced my CDA induction kit with the standard air box and put standard back box back on and yet its still failing the lambda reading is way out, any one any idea about whats goin on here? cuz i cant think of anythin else

x14xe - got vx performance inlet, and a 4-2-1 thats it

Way out as in too high?
High reading is too much oxygen, low reading is too much fuel. Post all the readings.

yeah too high, exhaust has minor blows nothing ridiculous tho

High oxygen with normal CO and HC would be caused by a post combustion leak, ie. that blow.

ah right ok cheers , the readings begin to level out and then just as lambda gets to normal limits the CO shoots up sky high, reckon it could be the blow doin that?

CO is also a mixture fault but that is overfulled, may be that the ECU is attempting to address the blow.
I'd definitely sort that out first.
