Been sent a number of these from a manufacturer as supposedly setup files?
Only thing I can see them standing for is First Person Shooter  What would open these or have they sent me a load of shite?

Have a look at 'FPS Creator' but it looks to be a load of shite if they're suppose to be installation files/executables.

Phoned them back, it's apparently the file extension their control panels use 
Got them to export a text file and e-mail it

That'll be the files you upload to the control panel, you'll need a .exe or .msi to install the software that's used to upload them on the PC.
