was thinking of getting an ipad but been looking at the blackberry playbooks instead, is it worth paying the extra for an ipad or are the playbooks just as good?

Playbook is vastly underrated.
However it is no iPad.

I've got a motorola xoom. Cost me £330 and £35 for a 32GB memory card, so it now has 64GB in total.
It does it's job well, the only problem i have with it is sometimes when you type online, mainly on google it can have a slight delay. It's no Ipad but the equivalent Ipad is almost twice the price.

16gb playbook is now in the sale on pc world website for £169, worth buying for that price or still better to pay double the money for an ipad?

The flyer is the android version for around the same price as the playbook.
Was a thread discussing it recently, related links at the bottom

pay the extra for the ipad unless you specifically need a smaller one. ipad size is perfect, and the os is the best
