I'm Still looking for a New Exhaust for my 1.0 12v!
I want to Replace the Whole standard System with a performance one.
I look on the websites and you have the Option of system when you click on a manufacturers name.
Can you Explain what a System is in Exhaust/Car Terms? (I Think its a whole direct Replacement but not sure!?!?)
Also could you perhaps pass me on a diagram of an Exhaust structure for a corsa 1.0 12v (1999)?
Many Thanks

Different size engines use a different bore pipe. The bigger the engine usually the wider the exhaust. This is because the more air that goes in it has to go out efficently. Thats why turbo cars have about a 2 and a half inch bore. you might not be able to get one for a 1 litre very easy because of this.

Whole system usually means from the cat backwards. If you wish to replace the whole of the sustem on your car including the manifold and a cat bypass with stainless steel you would be talking loads of money, about £800 ish.

What the hell have you been doing to your zorst? That rear box looks pretty new, but yet it's fcuked.
You need a cat back system. Look on www.pvdnet.co.uk for one
