We're using it, off-premise atm with Office365 but we've got a Lync server build in the pipeline to allow unified presence with Cisco call manager and ze phones.

It's just rebranded I think, though I never used MOC.

We updated ours the other week, it's literally the same thing as MOC with a few more features (and a new interface).

Got it at work, has some features which are good, others not so. Think I still prefer lotus sametime

i looked at this but really didnt like the look of it.

I decided to roll out Openfire with Spark.
Open source, works well and we have it cross talking between remote offices very easily.
