Need to order a cheap desktop today, will only be used for word processing, emails and have till software on, so nothing too strenuous.
Needs to come with keyboard & mouse, already have a spare screen.

That's without OS & keyboard/mouse though Gaz.

None of them come with an OS, by the time you add an OS to the cheapest one it comes to £253, and that has a less powerful processor than the one in the OP

Yeah I think realistically you'd need to spend about £250 for an 'OK' spec with genuine Windows installed.
BTW - if this person is starting on Monday, haven't you left it a bit late in the fucking day to sort their PC out
