Yestarday i fitted my 2.0 brakes to my corsa and they fit spot on, apart from the brake hoses.
I obviously put the bolt through and into the caliper but the hoses are so tight, theres no slack, so basically if i was to turn the wheels they would stretch and snap

So is there longer ones you can get or will i just get the standard braided ones for a corsa or will they be short aswell?

Sure you've got the hose routed correctly, as using the standard corsa hose should fit spot on.

Yeah mate i went at it again today, and the little square bit at the end of the hose that's the problem now as I put it that against the little bitty on the caliper and then put the bolt through, then when i tighten it it lifts that square bit but the nut is as tight as it will go and the square bitty is at an angle so it leaks fluid :@ :@

I can't remember where the hoses join but I read before something like this because the calipers were on the wrong way round or side, I can't quite remember to be honest, just thought it might be worth a look incase

Bleed nipple has to be at the top. If the hose is stretched/tight then you have done something wrong because they are the same hoses iirc

Yeah sused it out guys, the hose end was wrong position. but the guy i bought the calipers off of the threads inside the calipers were fucked!! so the screw was going in at an angle and not tightening properly which was making it leak :@ so basically i have one that works and one that dosent! Totally think i should be getting my money back!
