Some of us at work are using the above software. However I've had to take it off one machine and install it on another, or try at least. Which meant returning the license key (which wasn't a problem).
The problem I am having however is trying to find the Version 5 installation file. Spoke to Oasys "Tech Support" some blond bint on the other end of the screen and says that we (they) might not have the file still. but you still have licenses for it
I've looked on the C Drive/Program Files/oasys but it's not there and also looked on another machine that has V.5 but couldn't find it there either.
So does anyone know where I can get the Version 5 installation file, that's all I need.

Yes if you re-read my first post, I need version 5. As the license key I have is only compatible for V5.

Just get your company to upgrade if you need that software that much.

That's where the problem lies mate. We cant exactly upgrade just yet. That's the person I was talking to, and she said that she'll talk to someone (who is back in tomorrow) and try see if they have it on their machine.
Such a ball ache. Been doing this since Wednesday PM.

Even our IT Support are useless.
Will 'anywhere' have it?

If you've bought a licence why cant you just use the upgraded version?
quote:
Installation Notes
This software can be used as:
A 30 day evaluation
A complete copy when purchasing a licence
An upgrade for previously licenced copies
We recommend that you download Mail Manager and save it to your PC before installing rather than installing it directly from the web site. This will avoid any installation issues. Administration permissions are required to install Mail Manager.

Ok Whittie thanks.

Well you need to ask the company what the deal is, if you have a licence key it should be alright with new versions, or they may charge for upgrades which is shitty.
The likelyhood of the software company having the old software version is very likely, they probably just want you to upgrade
