on the standard throttle body there's two pipes that go directly under each other what way do the pipes go on as there's one from the header tank and one that runs along back of engine ??

I believe the pipes are just there to cool the throttle body down so it doesnt really matter( it's like a PC water cooling block, anyway in anyway out) lol

How is 90°C coolant going to cool anything down?  It's there to heat it up, more economical and stops ice forming in the cold.
