Had Virgin installed about a week and a half ago with the Tivo service. All has been fine until Friday when the box started to drastically slow down.
It now takes about 30 seconds to change a channel and about the same to load other pages. Also choosing a channel is a nightmare as the guide takes ages to load and the menu scroll takes about 10 seconds to move channels.
Has anyone had an experience of this or recommendations to help with this? I've reset the box but this doesn't seem to have helped.

Ring them ? They will replace the box.

as said, they will replace the box.
my dads had them out loads of times to fix problems and they're spot on.

Sounds faulty, ring them up (150 from a Virgin line) and someone will come out and replace it.
You'll loose any thumbs settings, series links, etc which is a bit of a pain, tried doing a factory reset on the box?
