Just got a new laptop and put my not so legit version of Office 07 on but Windows Update keeps popping up with 400mb of updates. I keep hiding them all but the next time I turn the computer on it's there again. Is there anything I can do (except the completely obvious solution) to stop it looking for Office updates?

Turn off Office updates (in Office settings) or do them offline?

Most 'five finger discounted' office versions will happily update; as said though, either let it up date or switch updates off.
