As above what's the most likely cause of this? Was thinking the seal. Where can I buy this from? Thanks

Had a better look seems to be coming from underneath the fuel pressure reg.

There's a seal in the fuel pressure regulator mate. Autovaux or Vauxhall might sell it still.

I was driving down road in my one and smelt petrol really really strong felt like car was sluggish pulled over few miles down road and see petrol pissing out of injector the rail had came loose on mine so check rail 1st
