As does the One S.
I was constantly going over 500mb per month with Facebook being the culprit.
Now have decent wifi coverage at the Mrs house and only did 250mb last month

And if you're on O2 the MyO2 app is good. Gives real time data usage.

Onavo's been about for years, along with showing your data useage it reduces it by about a third.
