What recommendations are there for free online file storage?
Needs to be web based
Ideally be able to have a 'group folder' where more than one user can put files in, although its not absolutely necessary
Needs to be easy to use
Recommendations?
We have tried Google Drive and Drop box, neither have worked well for us

DropBox works fine for your requirements, my other half has set up a shared folder that both customers and her business partner can download/upload files to easily and they've got the option of doing it via their browsers too.

You don't get a great deal free with DropBox though. Although depends if you use it as back up or temporary to just send larger files to people.
