realy struggling to get the right drivers and make them work
heres the situation
tried a few differnt drivers to no sucsess
can anyone shed some light

right click on the device goto properties, then goto details tab and change the drop down box to hardware id
note the VEN_ and DEV_ numbers and put them in here

Should be a pretty common easy to find driver.

I didn't even consider it wasn't the wired NIC he wanted, that's an easy to find one though, windows update would probably get the wifi one after that.

this is what im hoping for get internet working then let windows fix itself
never tried anything like this before, took me ten mins to change the bios to read from the recovery cd
