Got 6 gears using usual method.
Can get into reverse position, but it just won't go in fully, it's almost there.
I bought linkage on here from
A Corsa with f28, and it has been shortened.
Linkage doesn't see to foul anything so I'm
Abit stumped, no shafts or fluid in yet, so abit notchy as to be expected

See the plastic cage where gearstick locates inside the car, I had to shave a touch off that so it would clear for reverse better.

Neutral

Can get gear stick here

Won't push forwards anymore. With gear stick like above, linkage sits like this

But it's not actually hitting anything?

Ideas?

Really? FFS.
Bought as working, was looking at the angle myself and it seemed odd.
Getting one made by dewis
Motorsport today.
Why can't somebody manufacture kits for these pre made.
Could make decent money tbh

It takes minutes to modify the std one I guess is why. Adam knows the stuff so will sort you out a proper one.

That's the angle in mine. Nearest is rose jointed one furthest is regular one.
Looking at your pics, the end that has been welded is a nova end not a corsa one actually.

Cheers for your help Nic, do you ever have issues with nylon bushes?
I can get them in linkage itself no problems, but on two previous conversions the linkage itself won't fit in bracket without shaving the bush down
