If the hub is for your corsa then you need corsa bearings

unless youve had bits machined to fit vw bearings, regular conversion hubs use corsa bearings.

no, pre 97 and post 97 are different

centers the same but the outer diameter of the bearings about 1 or 2 mm different, obviously the hub carrier is too. pre 97 are same as nova's

when you got them did they have any bottom ball joints in?

the two holes that hold the ball joint to the bottom arm are closer together on the pre 97's

cant really explain any other noticeable differences... measure the inner diameter and check it with the bearing you buy...

both types of hub carrier fit each other but the bottom arm, bottom ball joint and tie bars are different and as said inner diameter for bearings different...

i had nova carriers with griffin auto-sport hubs on my V6 once but they where a bit dated and a bearing was gone so i got new hubs and new bearings, didnt realise the difference in pre and post bearings till i went to get them pressed in... i then had to change back to my post hubs or buy new bearings again

nova and pre 97 corsa are the same
