If a wheels centre bore is 60.1 and the car you want to fit the wheel to needs 67.1 would it need to be re-bored

Yes, if the wheel bore is smaller than the hub bore they need machining

If the wheel bore is larger than the hub bore you can use spigot rings

But be careful to be sure there is enough meat in the wheel to have it re-bored

Nah I think It was honda wheels I was looking at getting to fit my mazda
