i have a constant 12v wire run into my centre console. so far i have connected it to my amp remote switch. if i want to connect this to more switches, will it matter if its series or parallel conections???

It should be partallel but u might wana make sure it's decent wire.

pffft decent wire. it conducts electricity dont it!
it works fine so far, but if i have more switches from one wire, does that mean its gonna get hotter?

the more wires you run from that one feed, the more current it pulls and the hotter it gets. Push it too far and it will melt or even cause a fire- not good

at the moment i only plan for 2, that being the amp remote switch and a switch for a little light display for my sub. dont know if i will put neons insode cos i dont have the exterior to make my car worthy but id like to have the option
