That shower is frigging ace
As said the tiles are too dark for my liking but they do look nice and the finish looks superb, same for the flooring in the living room, great colour (the cheaper, lighter coloured laminates just look shite) and loving the new fire on the wall. Colour is good too

just need to get a pub bench on the stones, a proper patio table and chairs on the decking bbq built, went for a drum type one in the end. and the trees are cut to a certain height so we can have a sort of bar area

Its the biggest ballache ever trying to strim next to bark, it goes everywhere, grass starts to grow over it etc Looks good when its fresh like that but need to keep on top of it

I would 2nd the bark, best to get a garden vac wait day or so for grass to dry then easy to vac up.

Get a garden vac, wait a day or so for grass to dry then suck up.

I have the same one and its fucked. I had to put in a claim through the insurance and had to take it to the FOS to get my money back...
Its not even leather even though bought from land of leather!!

brother is moving out. so Im taking this on my own.
got a few things that I want doing
going to add more worktops to the opposite end of the kitchen for a small breakfast bar type thing. also repaint it.
living room will be gettiing skimmed and painted with tv on the wall/fire removed and new couch.
hallway will be getting skimmed and painted
bathroom will be getting a tiled floor instead of laminate.
garden will be getting a refresh with new lighting and fake turf hopefully
