Hello guy i need a crankshaft sensor for my early type C20XE are they different one or one fits all?
what's the best place to get one from, i tried autovaux but they quoted me £42 for one

I just had to replace mine on my C20LET, I think it's the same one tbh but I tried 2 of the cheaper ones and they didn't fit at all, went for the 45 quid one from autovaux and had no problems at all

when you mean didn't fit you mean diameter wise?

Yeah, at first I thought it must have been for the wrong engine but another cheap one from ebay was exactly the same. Bit the bullet and bought a more expensive one from autovaux

Bought mine from Autovaux.
People went on about plastic or metal, and that metal was better.

Spoke to guy at Autovaux, and he said they've never had a plastic one come back as faulty, and he knew his stuff.

Bought plastic one, and been fine

thanks i have bought a febi one of ebay and will see how it fits, if it not goo then ill be sending it back to the seller.

Got mine here, genuine vauxhall part and had no issues with it
