Ive got a Toshiba 32kv500b tv, its only about 18 -24months old.

Its now started turning white after about a min of being on. It slowly goes completely white, with black dots around an inch apart in like squares.

Is there a name for this failure? As im struggling to find anything that relates to the problem, to see if it easily fixable.
