Author Problems with hazard lights and indicators!!!

When i indicate left or right the lights flash quickly, but when i use my hazards they flash at normal speed.
Any ideas, or any one know where to take it get it looked at CHEAPLY!...

could be a faulty relay or you are 1 or two bulbs gone check all your bulbs are working then check your relay
