Finally sold my house after months of time wasters fucking me over. Got to sign contracts at 3.30 today and we are looking to complete a week today!
Update:
Just had a phone call off estate agents. Instead of completing today it turns out there is no sale anymore. some buyer has pulled out halfway down the chain so i've been fucked over for the third time in 6 months. I'm blaming the estate agents mainly as they told me that my buyer had already sold her house and was renting whilst my sale went through. Now they are saying she was relying on someone buying her house to pay for mine. i'm so absolutely gutted i cant put it into words.
C'mon house day crew, please cheer me up.

Well, after seven months of being on the market and 3 total timewasters I think i've finally found some legitimate buyers.
They are a young couple who are first time buyers and they have been approved for a motgage of just over 125k. They offered me 121k for mine so i accepted. Thats 1.5k less than asking price but i'm not arsed as there is no chain. I'm gonna keep the pressure on all parties now and try to get their survey done by the end of next week.
