Sofas finally arrived not to everyone's taste, we like it and it fits in just right, really comfy too. The arms on the sofa do come off if we wanted it to match the chair:
Also got a new set of knives

All we need for the back garden now is a fire pit/chiminea which we will get later this month.

Tbh, neighbours to our right are only there few months of the year a as they've got another place in America, and to our left he is an older gentleman i'm sure he wouldn't mind tbh, providing he don't have washing out or anything but we'd ask first.

What's the idea behind that? Besides blocking the walkway?

I'm just not into shit blocking the walking area tbh I like to have a nice easy walkway, without the risk of clipping my toe on some bastard table.

I know what you mean it's a pain in the arse where it is, I do move it to in front of the fire place when I'm on the ps4 might just leave it there but this is how we have it for now:

Well I've found out one of the negatives of renting..They can put the house up for sale whenever they bloody feel like it.
Started off by us receiving an e-mail asking us if we would like to renew our tenancy for an additional 6/12months, we had a chat, signed the papers and took the cash up to the office. Only to be told that the has has been sold! and they want us out by January 2nd. As you'd expect missus got all worked up and teary eyed and picked up the cash and walked out with a "Merry Fucking Christmas to you too".
At this point i had started looking at other places within Ashbourne and also asking if we could leave any earlier with us settling in for Christmas. We waited just over a week for the reply as to which was a yes, but we had already lost 3 of our favourite places but luckily found another one which is just up the road, got a viewing and said we'd have it. Bit of a bonus is this one's 3 bedroom and got a proper garden and paying less.
Will get photos once all sorted, needs a lick of paint in the odd room but that will get sorted after Xmas.

This is why I'd never rent. You're paying someone's mortgage, who is probably an utter cunt.
Glad you've found somewhere else, but moving in winter isn't ideal. I guess at least you can crack on with the painting inside whilst it's dark outside.

I would but missus wants to do her nursing degree before starting a mortgage.

Yup that's true Ben, we've met the new landlord already seems alright for now, said we can do more/less anything just let him know, which is good that we don't have to go through the Estate Agents for anything. With regards to decorating we're going to wait until after Christmas/new year as it's our first one together, due to missus' shifts they give priority to people with children for Christmas Day which majorly sucks. moved in over the weekend just gone, wasn't too bad with 2 trips to/from the old house if we had packed the van properly I reckon we could've done in one.

Few pics from Google before the house went up on the Market for sale;
still got the hideous gas fire this will be hidden with a cover as there are proper radiators through out the house.
No longer has the shower curtain, horrible bathroom wish I could rip it out and start fresh.
Bedroom 1: Obviously all unfurnished, think this will be the first room to get re-painted as it's a bright pink at the moment.
