just looks like a combat or impact front bumper to me with two indicators (due to morettes) look on www.pvdnet.co.uk
should be around 200 quid but ive got a damaged combat front bumper like this one that im selling for 50quid,got a few cracks in it due to accident.

Its a panique front, PVD dont sell it.
