I think ive shanned my IN ports on my amp... do the OUT do the same function and I can plug them in there?
If not... can I just DIY take the wire into the amp and solder it to the terminals on board inside, providing I can keep the electrical current going, it should not matter no?

not sure... blue cable... running down driver side from head unit I believe to my amp... im really not up to scratch on ice etc and shit

You can do that yes. Im guessing they are RCA's.
The out is the thruput for the amp. Basically it puts back out what you put into it, so if you've got nothing going in..........

no, its literally routed from the HU... to the IN socket (female) on the amp... will plug into OUT i reckon... but ive sorta fucked the wire end, so ive gotta mod if to fit

rca's? the ports are shagged and the wires are too... ports I cant really do alot with... wires I can sorta work with

The ports on the amp ull have to get spare parts from maplin or CPC.
The wires you can solder inside the amp if you can get them through.

and if the wires are fucked, you can buy new ones from a couple of £ up to whatever you wanna spend on it really.
