I think you can go to 30mm with standard and then it is recomended to upgrade shocks..... not impossible but recomended.

If you were to buy some springs off ebay, how much would a place like kwik fit charge to fit them?

id say 40mm, but i had 60mm springs on standard dampers for 5 years n had no problems

yeah any more than 40 and ride will b very shit
