:S didnt have much luck, it didnt do the 1,2 thing before the numbers and there was like 18 and 20 flashes in a row? it didnt make sense, i have all of the codes in haynes manual

I started mine and it must of reset the ECU as it idled at 4000rpm for a min or 2, mines a 98 sport, the taking the battery off trick has never reset mine, had it disconnected for 2months too!

Click the link in the tutorial for the 4 digit codes incase thats what it was flashing.
Cant tell you if you did it right, i know i can do it but cant be arsed tellin every 1 if they did it right as im fed up of being asked.
The tutorial is there now, any questions? Ask sum1 else soz!

if i cant do it, will just have to take it in2 garage, bout £25 quid i think, just 2 tell me a code

You should of tried working out how to read mine!
Then found that site with the 4digit codes!
Its one of them things thats dead easy if someone shows ya but a pain in the arse to explain.

Just been down garage and had it read, there were no faults on there! wtf? the bloke sed they get cleared afta turinin ignition off 20 times but it had only came on yesterday :S so i cant find out whats wrong with it :S
