was on the way back from work and the car wouldn't start. it did eventually but i had to keep on turn the key whilist revin it. What could it be as ive had the spark plugs, battery, distrubutor cap and rotar arm changed last week. oil and water level seems fine. Wonder if its the starter? but wouldnt that be a permanant problem?
would apperiate some help or might have to take it to the garage 2mo. cheers.

if its turning over when u turn the key then its not the starter motor is it... essentials forinternal combusion engine consist of air, fuel and a spark. Ensure you have each of those!
When it is running is ur ECu light on?
Is it a problem only when its cold and damp?

i've also got the same problem
the battery is not holding the charge over night. a jump start sorts it out, but its a pain as i have to get my dad to move his car near mine etc.. just very annoying.
dunno why its happening, the battery should still have alot of life in it.

flameredcorsab, dodgy starting in the morning can be caused by leakin injectors, basically the seals are knackered on them, the fuel drips into the cylinder overnight so when you go to start it, its partially flooded so to speak
IntaCepta, get a new battery, a battery that has gone flat can never be resurrected!
DP, no point having a big fuk off battery if your alternator is unable to charge it
