You cant get to it through the rear door card as the inner wing is there. The only place you can get ti it is by going under the rear wing. Thats why I thought it might be hard.
Also what would you do with the petrol flap in the door?
Make a recess in the door shut?

Theres already someone else that has done this (i think), but im sure it was on a saxo not a corsa though Eitherway, from what i heard, the bloke had a smooth locakable petrol cap that was flush with the bodywork, so he didnt have a flap or anything. Also, it didnt require any modding to the door itself

Well you wouldn't need a lockable petrol flap cause you wouldn't be able to get to it with the door shut. Do you think it would be worth the hassle? Not bothered about £££ cause I'd be doing it myself as I work in a bodyshop.

think i might give it a go. What pipes do you think should be used to extend it? Or should i go to the scrappy and get the original off a corsa as then it's all the same size?

True, but it was a show car so the door would have been open alot and it stopped people putting crap into his fuel Aslo mate, if you go for one, get an ali petrol cap, make it look nice
