hi i've just bought some 2.0l discs and calipers and would just like to know if they are the right type..and also any tips on fitting them.. heres some pics

make sure the bleed nipple is at the top when you fit them, have to be on the right side or they wont work!!!

the parts are:

cavalier 2.0l discs

Vauxhall Cavalier V6 Front Calipers

if this is any help..

that wont all work then, the calipers are the wrong ones for the discs.

you either need 2l calipers or the specially made v6 discs.

use the calipers and get some v6 disk for ure corsa from v-tuning.co.uk

think there £65 brand new.

yeah u need the adaptor brackets for u to use the V6 calipers with 2.0 brakes

Do the ones from v tuning still need all the drilling and welding and stuff? Probably a stupid question but just humour me.

Happy days. I've been wanting to get rid of those sh1tty drums for ages now. Didnt fancy a DIY job for obvious safety reasons.

they are front disks not rears

u need to take the rear disk assembly from an astra if u want rear disks

i dont think theres anyone selling kits to do it

seems simple enough though if u have a welder.

Damn. My welding skills arn't too bad, alothough i havn't done it in years. was mainly hoping to avoid having to do that. Think i'll sort the exterior out and then looking at the shitty hubs will probably give me the drive to do it.

the parts are for a front disc conversion..will the v6 calipers not work with 2.0l brake discs then without an adapter? and where can i get one from?
