need some advice. right i have insured my girlfriends brother on my insurance. He bought the car but its registered in my name. he has been driving just over a month and he hit a car coming out of a junction. He went to see the bloke about sorting it out without going through the insurance. but he said that the damages will cost 4000 As the cars registered in my name will i lose my no claims?

Your insurance will be affected as far as no-claims go, but it was actually him who made the clain. So in the future yuo haven't made a claim, btu he has. If the bloke he hit was coming out of a junction surely if was the other blokes fault for pulling out of the junction ?
