my mate got a few thinish planks of wood and screwed them into the base of the car. then this provided a good base to screw in the wooden sheets pre cut to the shape of the corsa. hope this makes sence ??

Easiest way to get the shape is lay some cardboard in the boot, then use a piece of wood like this <===0= sort of shape, with a pencil in the hole, then just run the pointed end along the side of the boot. The pencil will trace out a perfect line then, so cut that out of the cardboard and make sure it is a good fit. When y ou have the cardboard template, cut it out of MDF and you should have a perfectly made false floor. Also, to get it in easily, you will probably have to cut it in half right down the middle, and put the outsides in first and then lower the middle down till it sits right. Hope that makes sense, its getting late!
