I have recently discovered that my E.G.R valve has coroded from the inside and is now in half, so a think a better sort it. I have priced a new one and its £150 from main dealer, the only other option (or so i think) is a 4 branch maifold.
Does anyone know of any other (and hopefully cheaper) option to sorting this problem out? was thinking bout trying scrapyards?
Cheers for any help

u cant rip the egr valve off or u will lose all your water as it is connected to the engine.I think u are getting confused with another post about a secondary injection pump or something like that.Look at the post below (ecotec) u will see what i mean there is a pic of the said pump with red drawn on the pic to show u what it is.That part u can remove.
