yer i have the 40mm high sport kit, shock and springs. the ride is good, not too bumpy. its prity smooth compared to other lowing kits. well worth investing in one. the handing is amazing, holds the road alot better and wicked around corners. its a german make and german car part are very good, just look at mercs. overall good value for money and good ride quality, u feel like your in a lowered car. cheers mike
