i'm doing a service on me car on sunday, with replacing the fuel filter, do you need to crimp the hoses at either end?

Crimp the hose clamps? Just use fuel hose clamps with screws. Is that what you mean?

Changed one on a 93 Sri original filter at 78000 miles Nightmare to get off, Fuel pipes arent flexible so u'll have to "squash" them back to rouad if u clamp em.
