ERm to be honest i didnt adjust them
think i need to as one end seems to be sitting slightly higher
I think... you pull the top bit and bottom bit apart so you can see the centre damper, and take the white foam bit out from underneath the top bit, then squeeze them together and turn them to adjust them.
put the foam bit back in and bobs ur uncle, i cudnt get the foam bit out tho
might not make any sense but i'll try and find a pic in a min...

jack the back of the car with a trolley jack under the axle and support the car with axle stands, allowing the rear axle to drop on the trolly jack. loosen the top nuts one side at a time, use a small allen key to push the foam bumpstop out . push the piston right in and rotate with it fully down. you will see if it's stiffening the shocker because it will be much harder to pull the piston back up.
refit the bumpstop and fasten the top nut back up, repeat on the other side. check your springs are seated correctly and lower it back down.
can be done in 20 mins, mine are all set on softest btw.
