yes will raise premium

yes is best lettin insurance know about it... if you get stopped for a spot-check or have a smash, your fcuked if insurance dont know

Depends entirely on the individual company. Some will charge some wont, personally i would drill the airbox and fit a decent panel filter (this they wont need to knopw about) then ring them and inform them about the exhaust
