ive just been quoted for a set of 17x7 ET45 with this tyre package at £753 is this a good price?? its from wheel-base.co.uk

have any of u lot got this tyre or know if its any good? and in what ways? e.g good all rounder
and i guess its Low-Profile tyre as its only 40 size?

Yeah the A539 is one of the best tyres in the world....excellent on dry and very good in the wet. Also reccommend Toyo proxes.

dont lie i thought i would get given some cheap shite tyre package

so that alloy package price is pretty good then

lol nope mate. Ask anyone..they're something like £90 a corner for A539s in /40 17's. Brilliant tyres..same calibre as Toyo, Falken etc.

i have 539's on the front - they are decent enuff - might be an idea to shop around though

a lot of ppl slag off a539 and proxies for some reason..search for old posts

Theres nothing wrong with them! People who slag them off are the ones who either can't afford them or have too high expectations of tyres.
