How low can i drop on 15's ET50 on a Corsa B, without arch work or spacers? I realli wanna drop by 40mm

depends on the tyres.
40 mm would be fine i'm sure unless you've got massive rubber.
195/45 would be optimum. 195/50 would be ok. you may catch the rear arch spat fixing bolts with the tyres if it's much more than that.

doubt you'd have any trouble unless you had a couple of rear passengers anyway.

iv got 195/55/15 tyres and a 90mm drop it only rubs on full lock lol
